Customer Contact
This is an e-commerce site. We operate an e-commerce site to try to ensure our costs are kept to a minimum and to offer a far greater range than we have ever been able to display in our shop(s). As we are an e-commerce site our PRIMARY method of contact is via EMAIL. Please take extra care when specifying your email address as we us it to maintain our customer records and keep you informed regarding the state of the order you have placed. If it is incorrect we try our hardest to correct it on your behalf. Should that not be possible, and we need to contact you, we will do so via the contact phone number you specify when placing your order, so please take extra care when completing it. Under *NO CIRCUMSTANCES* will we *EVER* pass ANY data you give us to any third party - FACT.
Pricing Of Goods
All products in the shop are displayed in the currency of your choice. JIGSAWSRUS currently accept orders in GBP, USD and EUR. The currency can easily be seen and changed on the right hand side of the screen. We update the exchange rates for USD's and EUR's on a regular basis by capturing the exchange rates over a period of time. What you see is what you will pay in the chosen currency. The option we offer of converting from one currency to another is purely to be used as a guide. This is very unlikely to be the current exchange rate we are using - please remember this.
Delivery Of Goods
We aim to stock 99% of the goods on display in the shop. It is not possible for us to maintain 100% stock availability at all times due to delays in getting stock from our suppliers. We have built the website so that a) we get a warning when stock is running low, and b) we cannot sell more than we have. However, due to lost/damaged/misplaced stock, we sometimes do run out. We aim to process, and despatch your order within 48hrs. However, as previously mentioned that may not always be the case (but it is for 99.9% of orders). We will keep you informed, via email, of the process and what state your order is in and when it has been despatched. If you need to query your order at anytime, please email us atquoting your order number and we will attend to it as soon as we can.
In the UK, all orders are currently shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force with a few high-value orders being delivered by DHL and we often use DHL/FedEx for international shipment.
Typographical and Pricing Errors
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse to meet or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
Our main focus is on quality of service. Please ensure that you really wish to purchase the goods that you are ordering, as although we do offer a standard cooling off period, we do not bear the cost of returning the goods to us and we do not refund the cost of the original delivery charges. We will accept the return of goods purchased from us, but they must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. The responsibility of the safe return of the goods to our shop is with you, the customer. If you do need to return any goods, then please ensure you email usquoting your original order number and when you posted the goods. Until we receive the goods back into our shop in a re-saleable condition, we are sorry but we cannot refund the original cost back to you.
Cancelled Orders Policy - By You, The Customer
Please be aware that as we are an e-commerce site, 99% of our transactions are by charge/credit/debit card. The moment an order is placed and authorised for cleared funds by your bank/card issuer, we are instantly charged a fee. Should you have need to cancel your order, then we reserve the right to refund your money MINUS the card charges that we will have accrued on your behalf at no fault of ours.

We try our absolute hardest to ensure that we complete our part of the sale, however, sometimes there are issues and situations that arise that are out of our control and therefore we reserve the right to cancel any transaction placed via our website. Should this happen, JIGSAWSRUS.COM will bear the cost of the card charges that have occured as part of the transaction.
Customer Service And Complaints
As already stated, our 'mission statement' is,
'If we don't look after our customers, then someone else will!' We aim to offer an efficient, polite service to all our customers. You will have every order and email acknowledged. If you feel you have any reason to complain or take issue with the service or goods we offer, then pleaseand we will respond as soon as we can. We will continue to keep you up to date with the issue whilst we address it.
International Shipping Rates
Although we try to keep up to date with exchange rates and international shipping rates, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to amend orders where major postal and exchange rate discrepancies happen. If this is the case, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU and offer you the chance to cancel the order, or alter your payment to take into account the discrepancy.
UK Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days from the day after the day you receive the goods in which you can cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods from this website. A full refund will be made excluding any Credit/Debit card charges and excluding any postage charges incurred for the return of the goods (As long as the goods have not been used and are in their original undamaged packaging)
