OFFLINE payment methods currently supported are Direct Bank Transfer, Cheque or Offline Credit Card payments. Please note that Cheque payments are currently only available for customers in the UK.
 
To make an offline credit card payment, you will need to send us your puzzle order and card details by email (sales@jigsawsrus.co.uk, and please remember to split your credit card number over 2 emails for extra security), or pass the details to us over the telephone - +44 (0)845 3550569
 
If you make your offline payment by bank transfer or by cheque, we request that you confirm your payment by email (sales@jigsawsrus.co.uk), as this enables us to process your order in advance and therefore provide a speedier service. Note however that goods will not be despatched until the transfer has taken place or the cheque has cleared in our business account - this can take up to 7 days (don't blame us, it's the Banks!)
 
If you make your offline payment by PayPal, we request that you confirm your payment by email (sales@jigsawsrus.co.uk), as this enables us to process your order in advance and therefore provide a speedier service. On receipt of your order email we will email you our PayPal email account address where you should send the payment to. Once we have received the payment we will confirm it and your goods will be desptached.
 
Finally, you can obviously choose to pay via ourSECURE WorldpayOnline Payment System, i.e. our web shop!
 

There are 2 very simple ways of ordering via our website - online (i.e. using our shopping cart and paying via Credit/Debit card), or offline (i.e. supplying payment via Cheque, Direct Bank Transfer, Offline Credit/Debit card processing or via PayPal) ...

For ordering OFFLINE, the process is just as simple....
 
Step 1 : Browse our website and choose your puzzles. Recent customer feedback has suggested that the easiest and best way to do this is to choose your puzzles and put them into your shopping basket (as if you intended to pay for them online) then when you have completed your purchasing, view your basket and either copy them into an email or write them down (this way you get a list, all the product codes, and the product cost inc. VAT which is all we need to process your order). You can also download, print off and complete our offline mail order form Download & Print Here  and post it, with payment, to us.
 
Step 2 : Email the order to us with a purchase address (i.e. your address) and a shipping address (if different) and tell us how you would like to pay (PayPal, Cheque, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card).
 
Step 3 : If you wish to pay by PayPal, we'll email you our PayPal address. Please make the payment into our PayPal account, and email us to let us know. If you want to ring your Credit/Debit card details through to us, please wait until we have emailed you back confirming receipt of the order otherwise we may not know what you are talking about! If the payment method you choose is Cheque, then just pop the cheque in the post to our address, and email us to let us know it is on it's way. If you choose to pay by Direct Bank Transfer then we'll email you our Bank account details. Once you have made the payment/transfer, please email us to let us know and we'll keep an eye out for it (we check our Bank and PayPal account's on a daily basis, 7 days a week)
 
Step 4 : We send your puzzle(s) to you! Once everything is in order and payment has been received and cleared, then we'll despatch your order, as per usual, next working day (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank holidays) - couldn't be easier!
